Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 1, line 14, following "apply to" Delete "administrative" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. 1998-05-09 House Journal Page 3691 SB 158 Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 2, line 11, following "elements.": Insert "The provisions of this section do not apply if the person is concurrently convicted of a crime against person or property as described in AS 11." Representative Barnes objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted." The Speaker stated that HCS CSSB 158(L&C) am H will be in third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
